All Rates are based on a 2 Night Stay and Do Not include applicable tax (HST).
All Guest House Rates quoted are per night, based on a minimum 2 night stay
Every second night is half price during midweek (Sunday through Thursday)
Payment Methods: Cash, Interac, Visa, Master Card, Travelers Cheque
A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required at time of booking
Minimum 2 night stay during long weekends and holidays.
Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Entire Guest House cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to arrival date or 50% (half) of your total stay will be charged
Individual room cancellations must be made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date or 50% (half) of total stay will be charged
All policies apply to last minute bookings
