We do not have the full history yet, but we do know that the farm was purchased by the Williams family in the late 1920's.

The barn was built in 1892 and the original farm house was started ten to fifteen years before that.  As we meet our neighbours and people who knew the Williams family, we are told of dances on Saturday night in what is now our Guest House.  Everyone would bring their children and dance until there was no energy left. 

The Wells family bought the property in the late 1960's and renovated the garage/carriage house in 1985 for their retirement home.

The uniqueness of the property is the original barn and farm house that still remain.
